Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By registering, browsing, or using any service on the 193 platform, you are deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are requested to refrain from using 193's services.
These Terms apply to all services on the 193 platform — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, jackpots, the Analytics section, and any future services. 193 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

Account Creation, Security & Policy
Account Registration Requirements
- Each user may only create one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- It is the user's responsibility to ensure that all information provided at registration is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
- Mobile number verification is mandatory and serves as the primary method for account recovery.
- Creating an account using a false or stolen identity is a punishable offense, and 193 reserves the right to immediately suspend any such account.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
- 193 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in cases of Terms violations, fraud, or misconduct.
- Users may also close their own account, though any active transactions or outstanding rewards must be settled first.
- Any remaining valid balance in a closed account will be returned through the designated process.
- 193 will send a separate notice regarding accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
All users are required to follow the code of conduct below while using the 193 platform. These rules are in place to ensure a safe and fair environment for everyone.
- The use of any form of fraud, hacking, bots, or automated software on the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Harassment, intimidation, or deception of other users is strictly prohibited.
- The platform must not be used for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Unauthorized use or distribution of 193's content, design, or technology is strictly prohibited.
- Any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the platform is strictly prohibited.
193 reserves the right to take legal action and share relevant information with the appropriate authorities in the event of any violation of the above rules.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on 193 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Users can deposit and withdraw via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and approved bank transfers.
Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact support. The minimum deposit amount is subject to change from time to time.
Withdrawals may take up to 24 hours to process. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold if account verification has not been completed.
Any disputed transaction must be reported in writing within 7 business days. 193's decision in such matters shall be considered final.
193 reserves the right to cancel transactions and suspend accounts where funds from suspicious or illegal sources are involved.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties
Limitation of Liability
193 accepts limited liability for losses caused by technical failures, service disruptions, or data loss on the platform. Maximum liability is capped at the user's total deposits over the preceding 30 days. 193 is not responsible for any financial losses arising from betting outcomes, as betting is an inherently risky activity and no guarantee of winning or losing can be made.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 193 platform — including logos, designs, text, code, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of 193. Reproducing, distributing, or using any of this content for commercial purposes without prior authorization constitutes a violation of copyright law.
Third-Party Links & Services
The 193 platform may at times be linked to third-party payment providers or services. 193 is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms, or operations of these third parties. Users are advised to read the respective terms and conditions before using such services.

Terms Modifications, Governing Law & Contact
193 reserves the right to modify these Terms, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, notice will be provided via the registered mobile number or on the website. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be pursued through negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the matter will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.
